Arkansas is another state where retirees looking for affordable and safe communities can head to. The cost of living is generally cheap in the “Bear State” and there are plenty of retirement communities to choose from. In addition, the state has amazing places to visit, beautiful scenery to admire and numerous community events organized for retirees.
