On paper, saving for retirement isn’t all that complicated, right? You simply start budgeting to make room for saving and then put money aside every month or even every week.

It’s only when you look at the bigger picture that you start to realize that it’s not all cut and dry. Sure, the bottom line is that you’ll need a lot of money, but that doesn’t mean your goals with that money aren’t on complete ends of the spectrum.
