12. Freeze Your Gym Membership

Staying healthy and in shape doesn’t mean you have to spend money on a gym membership, especially during those months that feel tougher than usual. As mentioned earlier, your company might have an on-site gym you could use.

But if this isn’t an option, you can still exercise for free by running, jogging, hiking, or looking up exercise routines online! There are even plenty of YouTube tutorials out there for different levels of expertise!

Of course, you don’t have to give up on your membership permanently. You can unfreeze it once you’ve reached your financial goals and get right back on track.
