Emergency funds

We all have in the back of our drawer or in a bank account a small/big amount of money we keep for special situations. If you don’t, you should start considering it. Although it requires a certain level of self-discipline and pragmatism, it’s not impossible!

Having an emergency funds account could really be a life-saver when you have a strained budget. It is highly recommended not to reach out to it for any basic wish, like a new cashmere blouse, but for situations with few other options. Consider it a safety need that might help you in case you need to pay a huge medical bill, a surprise cair repair or a job loss.

Don’t worry! Starting a savings account doesn’t mean you instantly need to fill it with 1000 $. By adding only 10 $ each day/month, in a short amount of time, will add up to a comfortable amount of money for you to feel stable and safe.
