Eliminate financial shame

As toxic and counterproductive as it may be, I believe we all compare ourselves with others once in a while. ” I want to live the life the other ones are living” it’s a common and natural mentality that might take over you. Even though it may seem like the grass is greener on the other side, most of the time it’s not.

And apart from all that, instead of focusing on how good the lives of the others might be, you should try and concentrate on your own.

First off, no one ever shares their financial difficulties in public. It’s common knowledge people will only talk about their success and not so much of their failures. Giving this fact, you might realize you’re losing your mind over something that it’s simply not true. Secondly, is extremely time-consuming, and after all, it doesn’t get you anywhere.

In the meantime, you should start spending your time and energy and come up with a plan of how to improve your life.
