Hot Springs Village, Arkansas

Hot Springs Village is a very popular destination for retirees. As a consequence of that, most of the people living in this area are 65 years or older. But this might change over time because the prices of homes are rising constantly. Over the past five years, the pricing has increased by 31.25%.

Rancho Mirage, California

Although there are no taxes on Social Security in Rancho Mirage, California, we still believe it’s a very expensive destination for retirement. There still are taxes on your retirement income, plus the fact that the average median list price is $620,099.88. Not to mention that the total average of annual expenses are very high.

Despite all that, the majority of the population in this area is 65 years or older.
