30 Expensive Cities Retiree’s Will Want To Avoid

This destination is No. 4 of the top most expensive cities for seniors. To make things even worse, there are no Social Security or retirement income taxes, so imagine how much the prices raised in this city in the last years. The median list price for a house increased by 40%, so it doesn’t do any good that you don’t pay your taxes there anymore.

Lincoln, California

You might have considered Lincoln, California as the next exotic destination you might want to try. Even so, this city has entered without a problem in the most expensive places to live in, because of its high house pricing. The median home list price here is $487,501.54, which is quite a lot.
