Bullhead City, Arizona

In Bullhead City, the median home list price is 252,807.42. Decent, right? Although the prices have been increasing over time by 23.46%, it’s still an affordable city, from this point of view. However, for some reason, the city is No. 2 when it comes to high increases in the year-over-year median list price.

Englewood, Florida

If you had in mind Englewood, Florida, as the next place to live in, you might want to reconsider. Retirees that are living here have experienced a 46% increase in the last five years in the median home list price.

Now, the average median list price is $428,249.04, and in addition to that, the living costs reach $53,188.68. Spicy, right?
