15 Best Retirement Cities With the Most Seniors

April 8, 2020 · Retirement Life

Prescott, Arizona

Prescott has been described as an elegant retirement destination for seniors who can handle a 15.7% increase in the cost of living. It is particularly sought after by those who are interested in living in an aesthetically pleasing city, mainly due to the mixture of Midwest and Old West style buildings in the downtown area.

It’s proximity to Sedona, another popular tourist trap, is also a perk many should consider. Whenever you’d like a quick break from the vibrant art community, Sedona will be waiting just 60 miles away.

Seniors make up 30.8% of the population, which comes up to 228,168.
