We Found The Best 20 Neighborhoods for Retirees

April 24, 2019 · Retirement Life

The first thing you need to know about Charlotte Park is that its affordable housing has attracted a lot of people lately, including seniors. In Nashville, you’ll be expected to pay $326,950, but in this select neighborhood, all you need is $297,400. By the way, that’s also 16% lower than the US average.

16% of the population is made up of seniors over 65. Unsurprising, really, considering the area’s livability score of 71. Charlotte Park is also known for being quiet, and dog-friendly, with a strong sense of community spirit.
