5 Things You Need To Do if You Want To Retire at 62

There are many people that are close to retirement age who are looking forward to escaping the demands of a working schedule as soon as possible. If you’re one of them, you need to keep reading this article. Whether you’re a “Financial Independence, Retire Early” (FIRE) proponent or just a person looking to retire earlier, you have to be prepared for your years in retirement.

And by that, we mean that you have to be careful and consider more than just your income, even if that income is probably the first issue you’ll want to address. Here are five things you need to know if you want to retire at 62:
