Downsizing without a plan

Downsizing without a proper plan can leave you in distress. You need to organize everything before starting to downsize, but first to organize your thoughts.

Why are you doing this? How is this improving your lifestyle? What are the reasons that made you consider downsizing? These are questions you need to ask yourself. Is it because you are dreaming of a longer vacation and you need money for it? Or because you wish to move to a more desirable location near a beach or a golf club?

Sit down and make a plan of action before deciding anything. You need to know for sure that this will suit you and your partner’s intentions before you act on it.

Do you know what the future holds? Probably not…..
