After serving your country for such a long time in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or even Coast Guard, it is only natural that you would want a change of scenery. The first question that pops into your mind should be where you should move.

Pondering such a big decision, there are many things to consider: affordable living, job opportunities, military tax breaks, and availability of Veterans Affairs services. On the other hand, if you have a family, then you have to consider a place that also fits your family’s needs.
