Not A Member? Here’s 9 Ways You Can Still Shop At Costco

You can also buy medication at the pharmacy because it has the same rule applied. 

And just like alcohol, you can purchase prescription drugs as a non-member. Costco and other membership stores are obliged to offer equal access and pricing for prescriptions to all customers, no matter the membership status.

By simply telling your door attendant that you’re there to pick up some prescription drugs will get you in the door. Plus, the prescriptions at the Costco pharmacy are cheaper than in other places. And they also include pet prescriptions: for example, you can find insulin for dogs at the cheapest price on the market, but also the cheapest flu shots for those without insurance.
