Red Wing Health Center is a medical and rehab care facility in Minnesota who seems to be the perfect place to send a loved one that has more complicated care needs. While they pride themselves on taking most insurances and working with veterans, they seemed to drop the ball while caring for a woman who had problems with pressure ulcers.

Even though the woman opposed the caregivers, they ignored her rather than try to find different solutions to help her which resulted in her being taken to the hospital four months later with 9 new ulcers.

Some may say “what can you do? The woman resisted!” but let’s bear in mind that these are trained professionals who should have the patience and knowledge to handle such cases.
