Common phrases
Studies have shown that among common words or phrases used in passwords, in the top 10 were words like “picture1”, “iloveyou”, and “sunshine”. Also, try avoiding common words with common substitutions, like “January” or “oct0ber”.
While you’re not the only one who might be tempted to display your affection for someone in a password, try not to. If you want to use a phrase as a password, make sure to capitalize the first letter of each new word, which will make it easier for you to remember, but it will still be strong enough. Or, you can try adding an exclamation mark or a question mark at the end of your password.

This was very good info. It drives me crazy when a co. Deny a password & I have to start over! I use a Rolodex for passwords. Now I am having trouble finding new cards!
