Analyzing potential negative outcomes is considered a balancing act. On one hand, you are facing all your worst scenarios. On the other hand, after visualizing what might happen, you take a deep breath and start finding solutions. Assuming that you managed to confront your fears, conceiving a plan with your loved ones for an emergency plan might ease your worries.
