Reduce Program Fees
Every 401(k) under the sun charges fees. The majority of these fees are paid by your employee but, sadly, not all of them. So it’s not only in your best interest to pay smaller fees, but also theirs.
Here’s the thing. The 401(k) landscape is incredibly competitive, so you probably won’t have to search far and wide for a provider with lower fees. It’s always a good idea to show these to your employer and maybe they’ll be inclined to make the switch, as it’ll provide them with a financial advantage.
