15 Best Retirement Cities With the Most Seniors

April 8, 2020 · Retirement Life

Sebring, Florida

Seniors make up 34.7% of the population in Sebring, which currently sits at around 102,883 residents. But while you might find a great community here, Sebring seems to be lacking in terms of amenities and culture. However, you simply can’t beat the prices. Here, the median home price is $134,100. Winters are mild and you could pop over to Tampa, located just 130 miles away, for a weekend getaway every once in a while!
