That is, it’s not attractive unless you can afford to spend $1.3 million on a house. A price that is so criminal they should reopen Alcatraz as a prison again!
And if you still think you can manage such a shocking figure, keep in mind that more than half the properties in San Francisco cost far more than that. You’ll deplete your savings too quickly to enjoy living in such a bustling, fun city, so it might be worth adding it to your vacation destination list instead.

I can tell you first hand,Don’t move to Calif!!! I lived in Calif most of my life and in a couple months am going to retire and get out of Calif..too expensive,everything is taxed and housing prices are terrible.
