Currently, seniors are expected to pay $333 for health care costs in Arizona, but there seems to be a trend in dropping rates. Experts are expecting it to continue, which is likely why retirees flock to this state. When it comes to income taxes, expect around 2.59% to 4.54%.

For fans of the heat, Arizona offers many outdoor activities and you never have to worry about stepping out into the cold. That is, of course, unless you move to the northern part of the state where you can experience 4 seasons.
