Good Time Management Means Setting Clear Boundaries

Setting up clear boundaries will make you happier in the long run, whether you’re still working during retirement or not. Say you’ve picked up some consulting work and you keep getting calls while you’re in the middle of your gardening hour. Similarly, if you have family members that always need help babysitting, you may give up on too much of your free time. In that case, you can say goodbye to that vacation you’ve been wanting to go on.

Does this sound fair?

Learn to say no, set up clear boundaries! Setting up daily or weekly schedules can definitely help!
