If you’ve ever wanted to look at patient reviews while reading medical expert opinions on treatments and providers, then you’ve probably used RealSelf to do so. This healthcare marketplace didn’t disclose their 401(k) contribution percentage, but seeing as many on Glassdoor mentioned they offer ‘great benefits’ we can only assume that it’s pretty high.

We also know that the plan offers a profit-sharing component. It also has more than $5.1 million in assets with more than 200 active participants.

Also on Glassdoor, they received a 4.8-star rating out of 5! A majority of reviewers mentioned a positive work-life balance.
