THIRDAGE.COM

Speaking of your third age, thirdage.com is the place for you if your interests are health and fitness and you want to stay up to date on healthy recipes or what to avoid eating. It is targeted more towards women who make most of the wellness decisions in their families.

They include slideshows and videos on everything regarding your physical state and diseases and how to manage them best. Their stories are all evaluated and supported by the site’s physicians, making them a great source of information.

While this is an informative website, that does not mean it is boring. For example, you might want to check out their post on how the volume of music can affect whether you order a salad or cheeseburger!
