Early retirees know the importance of working out. With so much time on their hands, it’s all but impossible to ignore the need to keep fit and they can spend a lot of time figuring out what works best for them.

Staying active means staying healthy too. Some even admit they started down this path out of a need to avoid huge medical expenses later on. They soon learned, however, that physical exercises did wonders for their mental health too. There simply is no reason to avoid working out as often as possible.
