Begin with the end in mind

Thinking about your plans all throughout retirement is, most definitely, a good idea. Like the vacations you’re going to take or hobbies you’d like to get into. But you should also think of your destination. Think about this part of your life like driving a car. Where does the end road end?

Without this in mind, you’re likely to make miscalculations. Also, it’s important to be honest about your destination too. Don’t hold back, as this is a period in your life where you should take advantage of all your free time!
