Pay Off a Credit Card or Other Debt

Surprisingly, paying off a credit card can indeed bring you some money. It is not a source of passive income per se, but it can help you increase your cash flow by getting rid of a monthly expense. Imagine the things you could do with the money that usually goes towards debts.

It’s the same case with paying off mortgages – once you eliminate that expense you have more money to spend the way you like it, without any constraints.
