Ignoring estate planning

One of the biggest regrets of the elderly is not focusing enough on estate planning when they had the opportunity. This is not something that only rich people care about, but also the ones with smaller assets.

No matter what your possessions might be, a car, a home, or just a bank account, it’s important you give enough attention to who’s gonna end up with them(a relative you never liked or an ex-wife/husband).

Alongside planning your will, you could also consider the possibility of investing in a loved one with the power of attorney. This person will take care of your assets the moment you fall ill or simply cannot do it yourself anymore.
