Although it might seem like technology is for the more tech-savvy youth of today, there really is technology out there for everyone. Sadly, the statistics bear out just how seniors lack confidence when it comes to technology as a recent study showed that 76% of seniors don’t own any smart home devices.

Hopefully, we have highlighted the real benefits of smart home technology for seniors and products that you don’t have to be a whiz kid to operate. Smart home technology can help you maintain a safe environment in your home, allow you to communicate better with your friends and family, and with the entire baby boomer generation going to be over 65 come 2030, now is a great time to take advantage of technology that will make your golden years more golden.

What do you think about smart devices? Do you have any already? Is it something you worry about being able to operate? Leave your comments below.
