According to a study from the University of Washington, cooking at home is healthier and cheaper… but you didn’t really need some guys and girls in white lab coats to tell you that, did you? It makes sense since you’ll know exactly what goes in your meal, and eating out is already an expensive affair.

You don’t even need to buy a cookbook either- though it’s entirely your choice if you do! Once more, you can rely on your interest to find new and exciting recipes without paying a dime. There are also free apps you can use on your phone that will help plan out your meals depending on your diet.
