Consider Fuel Costs

Most RVs run on diesel, which means with $2.937 a gallon, fuel costs can really put a dent in your budget.

“The RV lifestyle can also negatively impact the environment, which is something we struggle with frequently,” according to millennial blogger Nathan Hengst. After hitting the road together with his wife Ashley, aboard an RV, he recommends potential RV users to consider mileage and fuel costs.

“Seriously ask yourself why you’re considering full-time RV life, and then after you feel confident in your answer, choose the smallest-wheeled home you think you can tolerate”, Hengst said.
