22 Companies With Shockingly Good Benefits, Including Amazing 401(K) Plans!

March 2, 2021 · Retirement Life

Chick-fil-A

According to an analysis conducted by Money in June 2019, Chick-fil-A’s 401(k) plan came first when compared to others among companies in the accommodations and foodservice industry- not bad!

The industry average when it comes to employee’s average 401(k) balance sits at $47,788. Well, employees of the beloved chain restaurant have an average balance of $158,188.

That’s because all eligible full-time employees can enroll in the plan. And with Chick-fil-A matching up to 5%, it’s no wonder they’d be able to save so much money for retirement. If you’re going to look for employment in the industry, you might as well go for this company.
