Honeywell International

Honeywell International, a company that currently operates in four areas of business: building technologies, aerospace, safety and productivity solutions (SPS), and performance materials and technologies (PMT) recently bolstered its workers’ retirement savings.

In 2018, they began increasing their matching contributions to 401(k) plans. Workers who got a 75% match on the initial 8% of pay had their match boosted to 87.5%. Those who received a 37.5% on the first 8% saw an increase to 43.75%.

Reviewers on Glassdoor also mentioned that the company also offers plenty of opportunities while the leadership is “engaged”. Another thing employers raved about? Apparently, the company offers a great work-life balance.
