It’s very likely that your unemployment benefits might not make up for your lost paycheck. You, along with thousands of Americans might need to budget like never before, not to mention dipping into emergency savings.

Luckily, however, the CARE Act has been extended by 13 weeks, with an added bonus of $600 per week.

Help your savings and budgeting plans by taking these new numbers into account. Even if your way of living is severely affected, that $600 dollars could help you maintain normalcy in your household, so try to hold off on Social Security, even if it means aggressing budgeting.
