You’re Isolated From the Group
Making you feel like you are no longer part of the group is a known tactic. This can come in many shapes and sizes depending on your place of business. Maybe your desk has been moved further from your colleagues? Or perhaps you’re no longer invited to attend meetings or team activities.
This type of isolation often makes employees want to quit. Not being able to contribute or even communicate with the rest of the group could make going to work a very unpleasant experience. That’s what employees are after, so watch out for any of this behaviour.
It’s highly suspicious and if you can, you shouldn’t let it get to you, especially if you’re not ready to retire yet.
