Does Your Employer Want You to Retire? Here Are 15 Ways to Tell!

Your Work Hours Are Reduced

Companies might cut hours for various reasons, so you shouldn’t panic straight off the bat if this happens to you. Of course, you should try to minimize this as if you work by the hour then you need that time in order to pay your bills.

But make sure this has more to do with your age than any other factors. Try to find out who else has had their hours cut. If you’re not the only one and most of the other people affected are in the same age group as you then it’s probably time to panic. If you’re the only one then that should be ringing alarm bells!
