10. Don’t Think Short-Term

Seniors who think about their retirement in the short term might be missing out on crucial information. So, you’ve decided to buy a house and it all looks great for a time. But what about a few years down the line when you’ll essentially feel pinned down by your decision. What if you won’t be able to drive anymore? How’s the public transportation in your area?

Long story short, just make sure you’re thinking about the future too. Use this list and go over it a couple of times, especially if you’ve narrowed down your search to a few locations. The more you go over it and the more you think long term, the more you’ll notice either things you love or things that worry you.
