While it is the most wonderful thing in the world, being a grandparent can put a serious dent on your retirement budget. That’s because some grandparents spoil their grandchildren with all sorts of lavish gifts, travel to visit them and help provide childcare or financial support. Any of these situations can greatly impact your retirement budget.
