Hot Springs Village may not be among the biggest retirement communities, but it has around 26,000 acres and it is situated in Arkansas’ Ouachita Mountains. This community offers a lot of possibilities to enjoy nature and social activities, as it has 11 lakes, two marinas, nine golf courses, and 200 clubs and civic groups. Usually, you can buy a house here with $100,000, although there are also options for single families at $60,000 and also $50,000 for townhomes.
