The Villages stands as a massive retirement community that sits in three counties, Sumter, Lake, and Marion, with its own plaza and square, boutique stores and restaurants.

All the amenities provided by The Villages are accessible by golf cart, which is the most popular mode of transportation around there. The community aims to involve its residents in all sorts of interesting activities to keep them active and happy. Recreational centers, polo grounds, dance classes are among the most popular ones.

A home at The Villages ranges between $160,000 to over $1 million.

For those interested in living at The Villages, there are one to four-bedroom homes starting at $160,000. The wealthier people can opt for more expensive homes, with the most expensive ones priced between $600,000 to $1.5 million.
