12 of The Fanciest Retirement Home Communities and Their Rent Prices

October 18, 2019 · Retirement Life

The Forum at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas, is famous for its celebrity chef Brad Miller.

The Forum at Park Lane is a luxurious, full-service senior living community with a long list of fancy and also pricey amenities such as a private dining room, beauty salon, barbershop, and even in-house doctor visits.

The top attraction is chef Brad Miller’s menu, which offers residents and guests delicious and unique combinations such as sautéed shrimp, rack of lamb, pork tenderloin, and grilled tilapia.

If you want to rent an apartment at The Forum, you need to take either $2,700 per month or $4,400 per month from your pocket, depending on what suits you better.
