Why Americans consider relocating in retirement

Now that we’ve seen where Americans want to retire, let’s also find out why they to do this.

If you think money is the answer, let me tell you from the very beginning, it is not. The top three reasons provided by the survey respondents were the following: change of scenery (28%), better climate and/or warmer temperatures (28%) and live closer to their family (22%).

On a smaller scale, only 14% of people participating in the survey stated “saving money” as a reason for relocating.
