The Most Desired Places to Retire in USA

Southwest is the most appealing location for Boomers

The difference between generations is mostly visible in terms of the Southwest’s popularity as a retirement location. Around a quarter of people aged 55-64 opted for the Southwest and almost 30% of respondents over 65 expressed the same preference.

One of the reasons Baby Boomers consider the Southwest an ideal retirement spot is that it includes some of the cheapest places to live in.
