Getting laid off from work for any reason is going to be a big issue when it comes to retirement. This is especially the case if one does not have an emergency plan.
Personal finance expert and author Jason Vitung say: “If you’re too busy taking financial care of other people, you might find yourself excluded from your own retirement plans. For example, when you loan money to family members or borrow for your kids’ education, you’re tying up precious funds that could be invested toward your future.”
