I have already been looking for land in WV and TN and was considering TN for a 3rd choice as i have found it hard to find land with a year round stream/creek/river on it? My wife and i both agree it has to have a stream flowing on the property. Well back to my search since i have had no luck locating any undeveloped land as of yet? lol
I wouldn’t want to go to a state where the legislature is attempting to minimize or cancel my vote. That’s truly unconstitutional.
