One day you’re riding your bike to meet up with your friends in front of the 7-eleven. The other you’re driving around at one in the morning with them, trying to find that “hole in the wall” 24-hour coffee shop because YOLO.

You’re just moseying along in life, swearing that age is nothing but a number, and you look and feel great, especially since last week you went on that hike. So we may get taken a bit off guard when a friend’s son comes up to us and wants to do the “track star” tik tok with us. Say what? Oh no, I will not be running behind some couch as fast as I can, thank you very much.
