Disciplinary Action Is Taken for No Reason

If your performance is not in decline and yet you’ve found that formal disciplinary actions have been taken against you, that’s a huge red flag. Employees who do their jobs and do it well shouldn’t be subject to such treatment. One of the reasons this might be happening is, sadly, your age.
