You can’t beat the prices of Crossville, Tennessee. Here, the cost of living is 18.6% lower than in the rest of the U.S. and home prices are at a jaw-dropping $146,500! So not only will you live comfortably even if you don’t have the biggest retirement nest egg, but you’ll also be surrounded by your peers.
