In this retirement community outside Pennsylvania retirees can easily find properties under $100,000 and the most recent ones, two- and three-bedroom homes, start at $82,000 and $89,000, respectively. Among the activities, you can enjoy a clubhouse and two parks, Green Lane Reservoir and Green Lane Park. It is located somewhere between Allentown and Philadelphia and you can easily access it by car.
