Arizona

Arizona is a very popular retirement destination, especially for future retirees who love spending time outdoors. Similar to Florida, there’s a higher percentage of retirees in Arizona during winter months, with around 300,000 retired snowbirds temporarily taking up residence in the Grand Canyon State, due to the warm and comfortable climate.

Delaware offers affordable housing options and plenty of active senior communities to choose from.
